How to Get Free Shipping
Chandra Yoga & Active Wear is pleased to inform you that we offer free registered shipping to international customers on all clothing orders over USD $99 and free Thai Post EMS shipping within Thailand for clothing.

CLOTHING & LIGHT ITEMS
- The free local shipping is through Thai Post Express Shipping (EMS) and is normally 1-3 days.
- There is a flat rate of USD $14.95 per order for Registered International Shipping through Thailand Post.
- Express International Shipping through DHL is available for USD $35 per order.
- Free Registered International Shipping is provided for all orders over USD $99 net.
- Timing for delivery to international destinations varies according to location. Please see the charts below for an example of estimated shipping times to your location.
- DHL has a global network in over 220 countries and territories across the world, and both DHL and Thailand Post collaborate with local postal services as part of their logistics’ service. Therefore, once the package reaches your country, final delivery will be through the local postal service whether using DHL or Thailand Post.
- All of our products are shipped with tracking for your convenience.

- Our goal is to ship every customers’ order as soon as possible and we attempt to ship our products out within 24 hours of the order being placed. The only exception to this is during the holidays when we will probably be doing yoga somewhere fun!
- International shipping does not include taxes or import duties, as these are applied by the authorities in your country and we don’t know what these all are, plus sometimes they change frequently.
- Please ensure you give us the correct address so that it can reach you, as we are not responsible for incorrectly addressed packages.
- The shipper asks us to let you know that we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss during shipment, but that they will be happy to work with you if there is an issue.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want everyone to be happy with our products, and we know that sometimes circumstances change, requiring an item to be returned or exchanged. No problem! Just return the product within 14 days of delivery in its original condition and we will happily process an exchange or store credit.
Return & Exchange Process
- Ensure the product is in its original condition with the packing it came in, labels attached and hasn’t been washed or worn.
- Contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Form and Return Shipping Label.
- Fill out the Return Form and include it with the product and the Chandra Yoga & Active Wear Original Invoice.
- Attach the Return Shipping Label to the outside of the packaging.
- Send the item back to us by a postal service that issues a tracking number and please keep your tracking number just in case!
- Once received, our Customer Service Department will process your return as soon as possible and our goal is to either send out your exchanged product or issue your credit within 24 hours.
- Product must be returned within 14 days from the date it was delivered to you.
- Refunds are only given on items purchased from Chandra Yoga & Active Wear with an Original Receipt.
- Exchanges will receive free shipping back to you via standard shipping with tracking.
- Refunds are given on the product price and not on the shipping to the customer or the return shipping.
- We are not responsible for the loss of products being returned and we recommend using a postal service that offers tracking and insurance.
- All returns must not have been washed or worn, must not have makeup or marks on them, and must be in their original condition with the tags and packaging.
- Products with makeup or marks will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Final sale items, such as underwear, headwear, water bottles, gift cards and sale items are not returnable or exchangeable unless they are defective.
- Swimwear must have the hygienic liner attached as originally sold.
